• When is the best time of the year to visit Khaolak?

The weather here is summer like all year; it's 75°F to 89°F (24°C to 32°C) from November to Mar, 80°F to 95°F (27°C to 36°C) from April to May and 70°F to 90°F (20°C to 33°C) from June to September.

From October to April, the sea and the sky are calmer and clearer so, it's time for those who enjoy swimming in the sea, scuba diving, snorkeling and exploring various islands in the area.

From May to Sept, although it rains at times, the seas may be rough and some beaches may undertow but, there's less traffic and it's quieter in Khaolak. More people now prefer to visit Khaolak in this period as the hotel and resort prices are often half or less during May to Sept. Please check our summer rate!
 

• What activities are available at the resort?

Just take a beautiful walk down our four mile white sand beach! Or eating, swimming, sun bathing, relaxing, bicycling, rent a car or a scooter and visiting various small towns and villages or national parks in the areas.
 

• How far is Khaolak from the Phuket International airport?

It's about 80 kilometers or 60 minutes drive; using Highway 402 from the airport and connect to Highway 4 just off the island. Stay on the left all the way, roads are good and signage is in both Thai and English so, you can't miss it. Once in Khaolak, continue for another 6 kilometers and look to the left for Bangniang Beach where Fanari Khaolak Resort is located.
 

• Do we need to arrange for the airport transfer when we book the room?

Yes, you should arrange the airport transfer. Fanari Khaolak Resort offered service; sedan transfer 1-2 seats/car and minivan transfer 3-6 seats/car. Please do it when book the room.
 

• How far is a beach from the resort?

Our resort's Seafront zone is on the beach and the Courtyard zone is just a moment stroll, about 100 yard.
 

• How long does it take to get to the Phuket Town?

The Phuket Town is about 100 kilometers from Khaolak and may take between 90 to 120 minutes by taxi depend upon the time of the day.
 

• How do you book for the sight-seeing or tour excursion?

There's a tour desk at the resort to advice and assist guests regarding the sight-seeing or tour excursion.
